#startupVillage i heard few more interesting things about startup village that student will be given grace marks 4% , 20% attendance if they start startups. startup village accepts 8k application, 800 are eligible overal, 60 of them are on the campus. Even different states are adapting this public, private partnership model in their state to promote startups. Its also affordable coworking space of 1k for month. Its was implementing in other states like Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat. I am looking forward in Bangalore too.

#idea #motivatingTrackerWithLeaderBoard There are lots of NGO founder, startup founder, employee, blogger, professional, open source developers, social workers contributing lot. Even person sharing good thoughts/message/information. To motivate them do it further. Ticker/stats app alarmers which will show how many people like their post/blog. How many shares for their post, how many followers, how many retweets. How much online traction for them. If they are low, they will do more to do better. If they got one count high, they feel very happy. I know when there is low stats, it will be give negative feedback. But this speical ticket app /chorme extension will give one ticket for every good work/message shared automatically. Which give good feeling factor. Even promote new message, top messages. Show in wall of fame for daily, weekly, monthly top shared, liked , tweeted, replied, commented posts, person contributed. Tell about your opinion.

They are struggling with money, resource, marketing, partners, assets, office, market, competitor, place, government. They are struggling to make the better product/service , giving less time for their family, children, parents, their own health but giving the product/service as high priority. They are sacrificing a lot not only money, time, health , relations for mission /belief /philosophy. #idea #loanLaptopInternetGuidanceForStudent I got my first computer when I was at age 20. My family was not able to afford 25k for my computer. I was learning programming on college computer lab 1hr in week , I used to read book on c, c++, Java, data structures, VB at that time in college library. Even i was never went to internet in my college time , i used very less only in computer lab, library for 1 hour in month or so. Luckily my grandma(Bibijan) given money (most of the money), remain small money(5k) my father added and bought computer. I used practice lot on that computer without internet connection, learning c, c++, vb, created small sql interpreter, practice parser . Now i have 3 laptops(2 hp, 1 mac), broad band connection, 2 mobile(1 lg android, 1 iphone),2tablets(ipad, micromax) I bought this when I started my company. But I was able to afford for internet, computer. But when I see the some students from small towns, mostly middle class or below middle class they are not able to afford laptop, internet connection, mobile. Which are blockers for their improvement t,learning, opportunities. I was thinking if only can they can get it for loan for 2years. I strongly believe if they are given these facilities and guidance they will surely will get good job, and can repay the loan. But who can investment money. So if you are willing to be part of this cause. lending your old laptop, smartphones, providing internt connection like investment or help for society it will be really great. Before donating/giving loan check their attitude, is there any alternative they have , ask them to use if possible. IF only necessary donate it.

#idea #crowdSourceTechMagazine i like yourstory, i read daily. One good thing about it is that they write good articles about startups, tips, facts, stats, government policies, mostly about startups. There are so many like those techcrunch, techinasia, producthunt(oneliners), betkits(about only beta startsup). I was thinking Bangalore startup group member, any other startup enthusiasts, who are like to be part of startup, want to start a startup, already starting startup in early, mid, growing, stable stages. Its would be great if we can meet other startup guys one day 15 minutes talk to every other startup guys, so that you can learn , feel better about yourself, help the other or motivate him to do it, suggest based on what you feel. It will be great and also write down in the tech magazine(yourstory, techcrunch, if they don't like it write in crowd tech startup magazine initially community group/blog/cms). Some questions like who they are, what they are solving, wat they are looking(cofounder, team members, money, idea, marketing, pres, customer validation support, coworking space) How they get the idea, what they passionate about, what they are future plans, goals, what they are doing for society, how was there career, schooling, college. We may cover based on the time availability, may be atleast once in a week on saturday or 15 minutes to 2 hours. Some time they don't want to visible, we can make it as semi private or anonymous post.

#idea #solveYourproblem i was watching Y Combinator startup videos , the best idea to work is that which solve your problem, you use it, because while building product, community, NGO, startup its lots of lows, stress, pain, lots of persuasion with others for team members, customers, government, investors. So if you like it or if you're solving your problem, if you are the customer of product/service, its easy for most of the time to work for long duration for years 10 years. Tell your problem, start work on it , look for already existing solution(competition analysis), if you like to be fan of them, help them for providing the product(minimum sharing,liking, or buying the product/service, or donating, code help, design, help, suggestions). If you don't like any existing solution, let the existing solution provider know about it (bugs, complaints , let them improve), if the solution provider don't want to improve the solution to solve for your need. You just solve yourself by coding, designing, asking for other helps in case if you need. Tell what you are solving, why its important, While solving look for people who have similar problem, involve people who are aligning with your idea. To summarize the idea, list your problem, work on it , other(existing customer, ngo, company, product owner) can propose solutions, you can work on it(share/sell it for others). you can solve others problem , create group for the solving the problem.
