They are struggling with money, resource, marketing, partners, assets, office, market, competitor, place, government. They are struggling to make the better product/service , giving less time for their family, children, parents, their own health but giving the product/service as high priority. They are sacrificing a lot not only money, time, health , relations for mission /belief /philosophy. I am not denying they are taking great risk, they might get good money if they success in big scale. But they doing for passion. I mail/message/chat message appreciating for their work by us as customer, partner, boss, colleague will be really make their day better giving the strength to smile while riding the ship in storm.
